Hi, my name is Nick Rendon, and I was born in Carlsbad, California, and was raised in Rio Rico in Arizona. I have lived in Phoenix for the last 10 years and I bought a home in North Phoenix 5 years ago. I live with my girlfriend Jessica and our three rescue cats Chippy, Marty, and Sullivan.
Growing up, my parents taught me the importance of service. I decided Real Estate was the right career choice for me because I’m passionate about helping people and it enables me to help my clients make an investment in their future. I appreciate adding value by helping others make clear and confident decisions.
After six years of hard work in the service industry, I was able to get my Real Estate License and went to work briefly in the Investment Real Estate world. I realized that there was so much I needed to learn and that at this time, I needed someone to help teach me the basics. I worked on and off for a couple of years while looking for the right mentor and taking the time to learn other skill sets. Finally, my patience paid off and I was introduced to Coldwell Banker Realty, and I immediately knew I found the right Brokerage to teach me. In my first full year as a Realtor, I am proud to say I helped 9 people buy and sell homes and I am incredibly thankful for each one of them. I am proud to be a fiduciary, putting my client’s needs before my own.
Last year, I chose to run my own company because I have been surrounded by entrepreneurs my entire life, and have seen the amazing things that happen when you believe in yourself. The happiness and freedom that comes from working for yourself while serving others is very fulfilling.
For me, there are very few places in the country that have as much potential as Arizona for the same affordability. Couple that with the ability to golf year-round, play in the snow and then go for a swim. The welcoming laid-back attitude speaks for itself. Arizona Real Estate provides people the ability to really enjoy their surroundings without having to spend too much, resulting in a higher quality of life.
